FIRST ANNUAL MEETING OF PRAISE FOUNDATION

The first annual meeting of Praise Foundation was held at 6 Pm at St. Thomas Orthodox Cathedral, Dubai on 6th of November, 2009. H.G.Dr.Mathews Mar Severios Metropolitan presided over the meeting. Mr. Manu Varghese of Abu Dhabi, the Joint coordinator of the foundation welcomed the gathering. Mr. Thomas Kurian, coordinator read out the last one year's activity report. Mr. I. Thomas of Abu Dhabi spoke on the occasion. H.G.Dr. Mathews Mar Severios Metropolitan, in the presidential address explained the activities of the foundation in detail and explained about each charitable organization's work under the foundation. Thirumeni said that Pramodam Food Serving Project is now serving to 10 Government Hospitals to an average of 700 people daily. Thirumeni also said that he managed to buy two acres of land for a new project. the new project which Thirumeni is planning to start is a palliative care center for cancer and HIV patients. Thirumeni emphasized that , becoming a member of the foundation is in no way binding on any one to any financial commitments. Thirumeni said by becoming a part of the foundation, we all work together with prayers for all the work done at the organizations and urged to promote a habit of social service in our friends. Mr. Jose John thanked the gathering for participation and the meeting was concluded with prayers. Photographs of the meeting can be seen in the gallery.

The first annual meeting of the Praise Foundation will be held at the parish hall of St. Thomas Orthodox Cathedral, Dubai at 6 Pm on Friday the 6th of November, 2009. H.G. Dr. Mathews Mar Severios Metropolitan will preside over the meeting. All the well wishers and supporters of the Foundation are invited to attend the meeting.
